You'll need the following ingredients;

100g (4oz) plain flour

1 egg

300ml (1/2 pint) milk

optional pinch salt

sugar and lemon juice to serve

oil for frying

Then follow these instructions;

To make the pancake batter, add the milk, egg and then the flour and whisk, Add the egg and beat well. Then add the milk beat more. You'll then have the pancake mixture.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan until hot. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
