To make home made hamburgers, you will first need to go out to your local shopping market and purchase some minced beef (the better the quality of the beef, the better the burger. If you can purchase it from a butcher, this would be better), you may also want to buy some spices if you wish to add them and don't forget the essentials that you want to add in between the buns.

When you get home, choose the amount of beef you wish to use and start to maul it with your hands and compacting it together. Once it has formed well, you can shape it like a burger.

Then pop it in the grill or frying pan for about 5 to 8 minutes depending whether you like it medium or well done, then simply place it between the burger buns along with your added flavourings and enjoy!!
