Do you give tip to waiter/waitresses?

Hello guys , when dining out in one of your favorite restaurant , do you give tip to waitress/waiter ?

I only do if the service is good. If the waiter/waitress is not polite or does not provide a good service I won't tip them a penny.

I always tip at least 15% to 20%

I always tip them. But when they're irritating or do not have any good manners towards us, customers, I don't tip them even a cent. In fact, I even say right to their face that they should have good manners or don't speak at all.

In my case it will depend if I am satisfied with the manner the waiter/waitress treated/serve us .
