Would you rather eat out or cook your meals?

As a general rule for you, would it be better to cook your own meals and eat in OR go out and have someone cook for you and pay them for the great service/food?

I guess I rather cook my own food/meal,I know how to cook ,and I think it's cheaper that way.

I like eating out too, however my budget is a little tight right now and I need to save for the rainy days, so I think it's best for me to cook my own meals(though I am not a good cook).
