Why does it always seem like clouds are following us? Why does it look like they move along with us each time we drive or ride a car, or basically every time we move from one place to another?

they arent actually following you...it happens because when clouds form a large formation, and when you view the clouds from a moving vehicle they would appear to be following you because we arent fast enough to pas them

I am not really sure though , but I think because the earth is rotating on its axis, thus, making us think that the clouds are following us, where in fact it's the earth whose slowly moving/rotating.
