Yes. All philosophy should be taught to everybody from birth, perhaps starting with Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit. One exception: no one should be taught William James, who was wrong.

I guess so, and I think it's included in the syllabus of any college curriculum.

Yes, it should be. Philosophy teaches people how to think critically and view life in their own perspective. It gives more meaning to our lives. And it isn't really taught to every school. It should be.
