Since the premier league began in 1992, the team that boasts the title of having the most premier league titles are Manchester United.

Manchester United have in total won eleven premier league titles in 17 seasons, other winners include Blackburn Rovers, Arsenal who claim 3 titles and Chelsea who in recent years have claimed 2 titles and are a team that is growing in strength.
