depending on the time of the year there is a big weather factor for me if its summer than Turkey if winter than Egypt i have been to both i personally liked turkey for its dual cultures the Islamic & European i fond that very interesting and of course the museums and palaces are very nice i all so visited a Town called kosadesh on the sea and very quaint ,there are allot of these small hidden gems. http://www.puretravel.com/Guide/Africa/Southern_Africa
