How can we remove dark circles?

My dark circles are really ruining my face. Not to mention that they are sulken and I'm starting to look very old. How do you treat them?

Try putting a spoon in the freezer and after minutes put the spoon on your eye bags, it is the cheapest way to remove it and it's very effective.

Won't that hurt our eyes? What do causes dark circles anyway? Hmm... I think I'm just gonna ask it here also. By the way, there are some beauty products for this. Try looking for them.
