Yes it can be done.To cover a spot with makeup so nobody can see it, is really simple. What you need to do is apply the concealer makeup to the area or spot, and then blend out with your finger just tapping, use a light tapping motion with the middle finger which just blends. Look in the mirror and you see that the spot is still showing up, dip a fine brush into a thick concealer makeup and apply it to the center of the spot and then just stipple using the brush. Stipple the makeup over the area of the spot until its hidden. Then dip a small brush or a powder puff on to some loose powder so it locks in the concealer so it isn't going to budge. That should fix your problem

I don't wear make up, but I guess in a way it covers imperfections in your face or skin.
