I am very fat and I want to know what is the best way to lose weight.

exercise and well balanced diet is still the best way to loose weight.

You can lose almost all of your weight almost immediately by living in space. Failing that, and assuming you have difficulty with diets, try reducing the calorie-density of your food intake. Eat foods that have a lot of water, a lot of fiber, little sugar. I'm willing to bet (a little) that if you stop eating bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, and cereal--with the exception of the low-sugar, high-fibre, wholegrain varieties--stop drinking beer, and eat no processed food that has more than about 10g of sugar per serving (note, that rules out a lot of "low fat yogurts"--then you'll lose weight. Exercise is great, but its not really going to help that much, unless you're doing it all day long. The human body expends energy very slowly, and exercise sometimes makes people do stupid things, like drink high sugar "energy" drinks or "protein" drinks. Upshot, stop trying to lose weight, and start trying to live well--including eating well.

Now that was ridiculously reasonable.

just have a glass of luke warm water with a spoon of honey and half spoon lemon. you will get better results.

Only eat when you're actually hungry and do some form of exercise that you're not used to, like running an hour a day. It worked for me -- I lost 15lbs. in 6 weeks!
