step 1: Rip the FLV File from megaupload using http://www.downloadvideos-convert.com/ or and online tool similar to http://www.keepvid.com

step 2: download an FLV to AVI file converter http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/flv_extract.cfm this will allow you to burn or convert the avi file to mpeg to be used on a CD or burned to DVD format using Windows Media player on a windows machine.

you can also use a service like http://vixy.net/ but i'm not sure if megavideo.com is supported as yet. But if you can download the megavideo.com flv file / movie onto your computer you can convert it using http://vixy.net/app/download/windows this desktop application ready to be burned onto CD.
